South Shore Pool Supply has been servicing pools on the South Shore of Massachusetts for nearly 60 years. We have an experienced and growing team of reliable, hard-working, and collaborative technicians.
We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Manager to oversee our team of Maintenance Technicians, who service hundreds of pools each week. The ideal candidate is familiar with pool maintenance and water chemistry, has managed a team of employees, and is eager to help grow our maintenance division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality and efficiency of pool cleaning and maintenance for hundreds of pools each week
- Ensure that technicians properly balance chemicals, vacuum, and provide a premium customer experience
- Get technicians out of the shop efficiently in the morning, ensuring that they have all tools, equipment, and chemicals and are prepared for all scheduled stops
- Handle any customer issues and questions regarding pool maintenance
- Train and develop new employees, including one-on-one coaching and hands-on training
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and reviewing maintenance technicians
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
