Construction Superintendent

Mission:
To support a production team primarily in the field focused aspects of the repair process by providing exceptional communication to all parties (customer, project manager, and trade partners), ensuring quality workmanship per the scope of repairs, and effective job site management.

Compensation Range:

• $17.00- $20.00 per hour based on experience
• Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience
• Construction management preferred

• Scope Knowledge - Growing understanding of the contracted scope of repairs including what is and is not required, material procurement and delivery, job site inspection for quality control and cleanliness
• Business Systems - Developing knowledge of business systems, moving towards proficiency.
• Trade Partners - Build relationship with existing trade partners through on-site rapport and assistance
