Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team, foster strong client relationships, and oversee order processing and logistics coordination. This role demands a proactive leader with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer satisfaction, and seamless cross-departmental communication. Meticulous attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in order management and upholding our high service standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers through proactive and effective communication.
  • Oversee order processing, tracking, and coordination with scheduling and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Professionally manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and best practices to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process orders, manage inventory and monitor production with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of five years of customer service experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
