A GREAT SHIFT LEADER EFFECTIVELY DIRECTS OPERATIONS OF THE RESTAURANT. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE LIMITED TO):
- Leading, training, and developing Team Members
- Opening and closing of the restaurant
- Ensuring safe & sanitary food preparation with top-notch quality
- Managing breaks and shift changes
- Delegating tasks to Team Members and supervising their performance.
- Works as a team player to support other Team Members in completing their tasks
- Maintains fast, efficient, and accurate operations in our drive-thru / walk-up restaurant model
- Ensures an excellent customer experience to our community in Longview, Texas
- Assigns job duties/tasks to Team Members and ensures successful completion of all assigned tasks
- Balance cash registers at the end of the shift and completes required reporting
- Ensures compliance to established cash handling and security processes
- Communicates effectively with team, peers, and direct reports.
- Offers help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Problem solving and decision-making skills and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work full-time and different shifts to including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation. Preferably access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and holding a valid driver’s license
- Experience leading a team; during your shift you will direct up to 30 team members
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
- You have to be at least 18 years of age
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
