Restoration Laborer Helpers

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Restoration Workers/Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration work.

• Demo is a plus, but also will perform tasks like removing furniture from homes, offices, schools, etc....
• May need to do surface cleaning or deep cleaning.
• May be packing household items into boxes
• Must have a clean background - NO FELONIES
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demolition Work: Safely perform demolition tasks, including the removal of damaged drywall, flooring, ceilings, and other structural components.
• Site Preparation: Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris, ensuring all necessary materials are cleared, and setting up barriers or protective equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in demolition or restoration work.
• Knowledge: Understanding of demolition techniques, tools, and safety practices. Experience with water, fire, or mold restoration is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
