Jaffe Sports Medicine, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Tech, to join our growing and established practice in North Naples, FL.
Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.
Our mission is to deliver comprehensive care to help musculoskeletal and pain management patients live their best lives possible. Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology.
The Physical Therapy Tech will provide outstanding service, compassion, and care to our patients by assisting the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials, accessories, and equipment for patient use.
- Support physical therapists in delivering treatment sessions to patients.
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Monitor Patient exercise under supervision of Physical Therapist
- Carefully monitor and adjust patients during exercises to ensure proper form.
- Coordinate with the patient's family and health care team as needed.
- Reinforce home exercise programs.
- Support therapists in the application of modalities, such as heat or electrical stimulation.
We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

Education and Experience:
- High School graduate/GED required; college degree preferred.
- Experience in a health care setting or outpatient rehabilitation clinic preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPPA and client confidentiality laws
