arise. The candidate must be organized, able to multitask, and have strong attention to detail.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Triage incoming requests for ministry to ensure they get to the appropriate staff member or group
- Manage workflows for Groups, Local Outreach, Care and general campus requestsReconcile receipts/budgets for Groups, Local Outreach, Care and campus leaders
- Welcome and guide campus visitors
- Manage campus calendar, requests for local events and coordinate facility scheduling
- Follow up with requests for information via email and phone calls
- Understanding of Planning Center
- Coordinate Groups registry
- Manage campus Facebook account
- Accurately record People Database profile notes
- Assist with Starting Point registration and supplies
- Promote the gospel and mission of Southland
- Various other tasks as assigned and needed
