Responsibilities:
- Hardie Siding Installation: Proficiently install James Hardie fiber cement siding according to industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail in all siding installations to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Timeline Management: Complete projects within specified timelines, coordinating with project managers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
- Material Handling: Responsible for proper handling, cutting, and installation of James Hardie siding materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with project managers, team members, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in James Hardie fiber cement siding installation.
- All crew members must have the necessary licenses and insurance coverage required for independent contracting.
- Southwest Exteriors requirements are a minimum of $2 million in coverage for Comprehensive General Liability and $1 million for Workers Compensation, as well as Automobile Liability Insurance.
