Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Facilitating steps of the sales process, such as interviews, vehicle selection, test drives and financing.
- Communicate effectively both in-person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer's needs.
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles.
- Serve as an advocate for Southworth Chevrolet GMC by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
- Seek out opportunities to follow-up with customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating teamwork.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Qualifications
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a huge plus but NOT required.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and driving record that is acceptable to our policies.
- Maintaining professional appearance.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
