Assistant Valet Manager 

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our locations at the Hilton Americas downtown Houston. This individual would assist in the oversight of the day-to-day operations and Development of staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fun-loving, energetic person who has a passion for service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistant in oversee daily valet operations for Sovereign Services client. Assisting in oversee staff, customer complaints, Sovereign Services of Houston hotel client requests, etc.

• Assist Site Manager with managing parking operations

• Complete weekly staffing schedules according to expected business volumes and scheduled events

• Ensure proper grooming and appearance standards of all employees in accordance with the establishment of Sovereign Services Houston hotel division guidelines

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of daily time and attendance policies; ensure compliance to all meal break procedures.

• Conduct random keyboard audits and mid-shift audits to ensure consistency in performance standards and revenue controls.

• Respond to and resolve any guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims and service discrepancies.

• Research and complete required documentation on any vehicle damage claims.

• Attend any Sovereign Services of Houston hotel client-sponsored meetings as requested or assigned.

• Act as an ambassador of Sovereign Services of Houston our client at all times on or off the property with and understanding that you are a representative of Sovereign Services of Houston client.

• Actively participate in corporate training and development programs.

• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.

• Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and keys always

 Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

• High School Education or Equivalent

• Ability to work PM shifts, Holiday and Weekends

• Must be able to Commute to Downtown Houston

• A solid employment record and previous valet attendant and customer service experience

• Ability to operate a manual transmission

• Working flexible schedules and extended hours are sometimes required.

• Valid driver’s license is required always

• Good driving record as reported by the Department of Transportation

SALARY:

$31,200 plus bonus and up pay based on experience
