Duties

- Manage daily operations, including scheduling staff, overseeing treatments, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and record-keeping.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to foster a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
- Implement payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for staff.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Monitor retail sales performance, applying retail math principles to enhance profitability.
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction within the spa environment.
