Your Role as an Assistant Manager:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership and strategic thinking will help maintain our top-tier industry reputation while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management – Motivate and manage staff to meet sales targets and customer service goals.
- Customer Experience & Satisfaction – Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience, leading to positive Google reviews and repeat business.
- Sales & Promotions – Help drive conversion rates by implementing promotional campaigns and upselling membership programs.
- Training & Development – Conduct regular staff training on best practices, customer service, and car wash procedures.
- Operations & Facility Maintenance – Oversee inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures to keep the car wash running smoothly.
- Financial Oversight – Assist with cash handling, budgeting, and deposit preparation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Marketing & Brand Growth – Support the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers and drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a management or supervisory role (car wash, retail, or service industry preferred).
