Your Role as an Assistant Manager :
As an Assistant Manager , you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations , lead a high-performing team , and ensure an exceptional customer experience . Your leadership and strategic thinking will help maintain our top-tier industry reputation while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management – Motivate and manage staff to meet sales targets and customer service goals.Customer Experience & Satisfaction – Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience, leading to positive Google reviews and repeat business .Sales & Promotions – Help drive conversion rates by implementing promotional campaigns and upselling membership programs .Training & Development – Conduct regular staff training on best practices, customer service, and car wash procedures.Operations & Facility Maintenance – Oversee inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures to keep the car wash running smoothly.Financial Oversight – Assist with cash handling, budgeting, and deposit preparation to ensure financial efficiency.Marketing & Brand Growth – Support the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers and drive revenue.What We’re Looking For :
