Job Description:

As a Skilled Handyman specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and General Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a wide array of on-site repair and maintenance tasks. Your work will involve troubleshooting and fixing various issues across multiple trades to keep client properties in top condition. This role demands exceptional versatility, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance, home repairs, and improvement projects
• Handle plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry work, and basic HVAC services
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and building materials
• Carry out painting, drywall patching, and minor renovations
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and follows safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, materials used, and time allocated to tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services, and making informed recommendations
• Collaborate with team members or work independently to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in the handyman and property maintenance industry
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, and general maintenance
• Comprehensive knowledge of various trades and the ability to manage home repair tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in different environments
