Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on Australia and Sri Lanka and global markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and have a proven track record in driving sales, particularly in digital marketing and software development services. This is a remote (WFH) position that offers a competitive salary along with commission-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the digital marketing and software development sectors.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting our services and how they can benefit their business.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operational teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing and software development sectors.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development principles and sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and Goal-oriented: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software development processes is a plus.
