What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Customer Service Representative position at Special Services Transportation Agency?
SSTA is adding to our team! We are looking for an energetic individual to work in our busy call center.
A day in the life of a Customer Servicer Representative is to: answer phones, book client trips via transportation software, answer client ride requests for future rides, complete various administrative duties to comply with SSTA contracts. You will work closely with all other departments to ensure optimal customer service for our clients.
This position requires pleasant phone skills, strong computer skills, ability to multi task, ability to work in a fast paced environment, attention to detail and proven teamwork skills. Work shift is Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch break).
