Job Objective: Operate complex machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently.

- Always maintain a safe working environment and monitor all work processes for safe working conditions.
- Load and unload materials into assigned machine, such as lumber, corrugated, and/or foam.
- Adjust machine settings according to product requirements.
- Replacing expendable tooling on various machines.
- Performing quality checks and ensuring finished product meets print requirements.
- Responsible for using various power tools, such as saws, staplers, nail guns, etc. to assemble lumber, corrugated, and/or foam into a final product.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Inform the supervisor of any safety or quality issues.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education, experience, certifications, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education & Experience:
Prior mechanical work experience is preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and understand work instructions, as well as to communicate effectively.
Ability to work scheduled work hours, along with occasional required overtime.
Ability to read a tape measure is required.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Physical requirements include:
Bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and stooping.
Standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
Frequently lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials up to 40 lbs.

Working Conditions: The work environment for this position is a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather which exposes the employee to outdoor conditions.
