As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Homebuilding Operations to establish and lead a new regional office. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role with a growing company and a strong portfolio of high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and lead a new regional office in Montana, including staffing, operational setup, and business development.
- Manage day-to-day construction operations, including permitting, procurement, warranty, and client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance across all projects.
- Drive process improvements, cost control, and margin growth through better design, efficient workflows, and subcontractor management.
- Manage and mentor construction teams, including Construction Managers, Warranty Technicians, and other staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
