Position Summary
The Direct Service Provider (DSP) coordinates and collaborates with primary therapists, families and other agencies to work with particular at-risk children. The DSP provides and documents Living Skills, Family Support, Case Management, and Transportation services as described on the child's Behavioral Health Service plan.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED OR Associates Degree AND 6 weeks behavioral health experience/training; or 6 weeks continuous on-site direction from a behavioral health professional, Behavioral Health Technician or Behavioral Health Paraprofessional who has at least 6 months behavioral health work experience. Candidates without the 6 weeks experience may join as Apprentice and complete the training with a Spectrum BHT or BHP..
