Spectrum of Hope, part of the MySpot family of companies is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This role is located in and around the Cypress, TX area - a willingness to relocate would be required but relocation assistance is available!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
• Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
• Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism

Education/ Experience & Qualifications:

• Active current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
