Role Overview: As an Underwriting Analyst, you'll collaborate with the Credit and Underwriting team to evaluate investments based on corporate credit, tenant performance, lease structure, and real estate quality. Your insights will help identify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

Monitor tenant credit profiles and financial performance.

Conduct research on tenants and industry trends.

Assist in underwriting acquisitions, including financial analysis and market research.

Analyze market fundamentals and maintain a portfolio watchlist.

Conduct property inspections and market tours (travel required).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field.

Min 1 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, credit analysis, or portfolio management is welcome.

Understanding of financial statements and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Coursework in finance, commercial law, and real estate finance.

Experience with real estate research tools and data analytics software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Location: Uptown Dallas

Schedule: Remote Fridays; flexible weekday hours

Salary: $70k - $80k 10% bonus 10% stock compensation
