The ideal front desk coordinator will be an individual who has great project management skills, is very organized, flexible, and adaptable to change as our business grows and develops. Responsibilities include managing patient flow in the office. This involves interacting with patients, obtaining and documenting patient information, scheduling, collecting payments, ensuring schedules are optimized, and anticipating schedule needs. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must be friendly, reliable, have good phone etiquette, be detail oriented, creative, organized and able to multitask. Must have computer skills.
