Spherion is hiring Machine Operators, come join our team! A Machine Operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating plant equipment. They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.
- Able to follow instructions and production schedules.
- Loading and operating the machines.
- Ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Operator experience is preferred, but not required if you have strong mechanical skills
- Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work and communicate well with others.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
