**Position Summary:**
**Spine Fixx** is seeking a results-driven 1099 Medical Sales Representative to expand our market presence. This role is dedicated to promoting our advanced lumbar and SI joint fusion implants to interventional pain management specialists and orthopedic physicians. You will play a pivotal role in growing our brand by building strong customer relationships and driving product adoption in your territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain relationships with interventional pain physicians and orthopedic surgeons in your territory.
- Promote Spine Fixx’s lumbar and SI joint fusion products by conducting engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and in-depth training.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and increasing utilization among existing customers.
- Attend surgeries or procedures to support physicians with Spine Fixx product usage and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Act as a trusted resource, addressing clinical and technical inquiries from healthcare providers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, account progress, and market insights.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine, orthopedic, or interventional pain management.
- Knowledge of spinal and SI joint anatomy, and experience with surgical and procedural technologies.
- Existing relationships with interventional pain or orthopedic physicians are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
