We are looking for an experienced CRM Administrator / Developer to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.
As a CRM Administrator / Developer, you will :
- Provide technical knowledge, design and support related to SPIROL's CRM system (Salesforce).
- Ensure that the right technological solutions are implemented, aligning with the global business needs, and frequently elicit feedback from users to ensure these solutions remain effective and user-friendly.
- Engage with different business units, gather requirements and understand their operational challenges.
- Work collaboratively with the CRM Business Analyst, business users and other IT team members to design, implement and refine IT solutions that are in alignment with business goals and objectives.
