Job Summary:
SPL is growing and is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant I in Floresville, TX. The Administrative Assistant I must be team oriented, proactive, and goal driven. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to their assigned department and/or location. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, gather all necessary information from clients, and communicate to appropriate team members;
- Greet and provide support to walk-in clients and visitors;
- Review all field and office tickets to ensure accuracy of part numbers and descriptions, services provided, client-specific pricing and cost center codes;
- Ensure tickets requiring signature are promptly delivered to each client and returned signed in a timely manner;
- Coordinate with client AP personnel to acquire cost codes and/or specific billing requirements for all tickets;
- Ensure month-end closing and ticketing deadlines are met;
- Generate daily reports to ensure in-progress tickets are reviewed and completed on-time;
- Provide weekly updates on all ticket status changes to operations manager;
- Communicate with clients to determine any issues and direct to manager;
- Sign for deliveries/packages from postal services and shipping services;
- Track and log expenses on company credit card into ExpensePoint for submission to management;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet required;
- Prior experience or qualification as an Administrative Assistant preferred;
- Knowledge of Salesforce, FieldFX, OpenTicket, OpenInvoice and/or ExpensePoint preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

This position is not eligible for relocation.

This position does not require travel.
Work Schedule:
This position will work 8 hours, Monday-Friday in the Floresville, TX Office. This position is subject to overtime availability to meet deadlines.
