Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies on our Website, Amazon, Facebook and Wholesale Business. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing. This requires good analytical data and work with our Outside Agencies to determine direction, goals and drive profitability. traffic with a goal to increase conversion rates, and optimize the overall sales metrics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Googles ads Agency and make sure they implement our e-commerce strategies to achieve goals monthly and yearly.
- Manage online product listings, and new listings with staff to ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and effective conversions during the year.
- Manage and help create Email Campaigns for past customers for win back and go forward strategies. We use Klaviyo and Keap
- Keep track of our small sales team and manage their monthly quotas
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials On web and social media.
- Analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Have some ideas how to be more efficient and effective.
- Work with Owners to drive sales on social media accounts to promote products, engage with customers, and build brand loyalty.
- Play well with others and be respectful
- We are a 5-6 person company and everyone has value. We have 2 owners and we want a relaxed fun but effective workspace.
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Keap, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, are all a PLUS.
- We also use ShipStation, QuickBooks, Office365, Asana, Wrike and other miscellaneous programs that are easy to teach and learn.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. Not being afraid to tell the 2 Owners you found a better way or you have a great idea.
