Spotlight, a leading analyst relations firm, is seeking a Lead User Experience Designer for Spotlight Oz, our insights-driven AR platform. The ideal candidate will be an experienced UX designer who enjoys leading a design team, setting design standards across multiple product teams, and creating excellent experiences for Spotlight Oz users.
As a Lead User Experience Designer for Spotlight Oz, you will collaborate with product stakeholders to understand the product vision, and help bring it to life, through a deep understanding of the customer, and usability/design best practices. You’ll be responsible for the full user experience across multiple product teams, driving a cohesive design standard across the product. You will also grow, lead, and mentor our UX team members, both at Spotlight and as a UX professional.
Developing storyboards, wireframes, detailed mockups, and/or prototypes will be important in conceptualizing designs and communicating ideas. You will participate in ideation sessions where you will receive and give design feedback focusing on improving the design quality of the product. You will also meet frequently with customers (usability tests, user interviews, observations, etc.) to understand their needs, and review the usability of new and existing designs, advocating for the usability and experience of our users across Spotlight.
