Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate Agent to join our insurance office team. As an Associate Agent, you will play a key role in building relationships with customers, addressing their insurance needs, and helping them protect what matters most. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions by assessing customers' needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer coverage.
• Assist with policy reviews, updates, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Sales experience preferred, ideally in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for helping customers.
• State insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe (company support provided).
