The Project Manager/Construction provides expert level leadership in project management and relationship skills leading integrated design teams and their interactions with Sprig Electric customers. The successful Project Manager consistently demonstrates a "customer first" approach to developing and maintaining key relationships with and exceeding customer expectations. This individual works equally well as an individual contributor and as a leader of a highly specialized team.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Up to 50% of the day will be spent traveling to meet with customers on site or at customer facilities. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, up to 50% of the day may be spent traveling. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary, have the ability to move and to drive to various locations. The employee may drive to job sites where the employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required for job sites include close vision, distance vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily locally during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
