Assisted Living Director of Sales (DOS) – Assisted Living Sales & Marketing – Position Summary: Represents the Community on various levels cultivating relationships. This position is responsible for entire move in process and meeting census goals. Helps create community initiatives, which allow the Community to raise its public exposure, create industry awareness, and develop referral relationships. Assisted Living Director of Sales – Assisted Living Sales & Marketing - Duties:
- Increases and maintains community census. Converts prospects into move ins.
- Demonstrates a strong knowledge of sales strategy and implementation.
- Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.
- Follows up with prospects via phone and home visits.
- Senior Living Sales & Marketing Manager participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up.
- Continuously create, unique, and personal follow up for potential residents and their families.
- Senior Living Sales & Marketing Manager facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident move in process and completes all necessary paperwork.
- Maintains current knowledge of key competitors, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Existing experience in Senior Living Sales and strong track record of census development is required for this role.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.,B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid Drivers License and own car. Local travel required.
