Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist with a strong background in videography and video editing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media platforms, creating compelling visual content, and crafting engaging campaigns. This role requires an in-person presence at our corporate office in Edison, NJ, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities for Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist
Graphic Design : Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, advertisements, and presentations.
Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Videography & Editing : Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, showcasing our community culture and programs.
Content Creation : Develop innovative content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with our audience.
Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs and content align with the company’s branding and messaging standards.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop creative solutions that drive engagement and awareness.
Desired Characteristics of Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist
Creativity : A strong eye for design, innovative thinking, and attention to detail.

Experience and Education Requirements for Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

Skills : Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), videography equipment, and editing tools.
Location Requirement : Must live within a commutable distance to Edison, NJ.
