The Lighting Director will design and implement lighting plans. Collaborate with directors to understand lighting requirements. Select and set up appropriate lighting equipment for each production. Supervise and manage a team of students. Create lighting cues and operate lighting control systems during productions. Troubleshoot and resolve any lighting issues that arise during productions. Stay up to date with the latest lighting technology and techniques. Provide training and guidance to students. Perform other duties as assigned.
