No Late Nights! $2500.00 Sign on Bonus!Responsibilities include:Performs a variety of cooking duties. Skilled in quantity and batch cooking with the ability to follow recipes and production sheets. Ability to follow directives assigned by supervisor and follow through until job completion. Prepares all foods required by the menu following recipes and a having all items ready at proper time. Prepare and create meats for specials, special functions, theme meals and holidays.Organize work as to maximize efficiency and productivity. Cooks foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. Maintain work areas in an orderly and sanitary manner. Ability to convert recipes into proper amounts required for production. Proper use of production sheets. All food safety regulations compliance assigned by supervisor.Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Attend and participate in all mandatory trainings and in-services. Education/Experience: HS Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred: healthcare experience, ServSafe Certification. #INDCOOK
