Front Desk Pros are the Ambassadors and first faces seen by our incredible players. This role requires high energy, a strong desire to interact with and serve people of all ages, including juniors as young as 5 years old and retirees. You'll maintain check-in and check-out activities, sign in new players, proactively solve guest issues, and answer guest inquiries via a multi-line phone system and email. You'll greet and direct players, first-time guests, and visitors with a welcoming and professional attitude.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Available to work three shifts and/or a minimum of 18 hours per week
- Must have flexibility with scheduling – Weekends, Holiday, and Early Morning/Late-evening shifts should be expected
- Must participate in CPR/AED/First-Aid certification and continued training
Preferred qualifications:
- Two to three years of customer service experience (in a health and fitness club environment)
- Some College Coursework
- Experience in the retail soft goods industry
- Experience playing squash, tennis, racquetball, or other sports
- High school, college, and club athlete participation (Especially Squash!)

Pay Rate
$17.50/hr - $23.00/hr (Based on experience)
