Drywall & Interior Systems Estimator - General Requirements & Description

• Create detailed estimates for materials and labor, and present them to clients.
• With all current and future customers in order to increase chances of winning bids and continuing our positive positioning in the market.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Know how building components work, and how to comply with building codes and regulations.
• Collect information and data to support your estimates.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to get quotes.
• Review and address contractual and insurance requirements.
• Work with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Prepare bid packages, and ensure accurate submissions.
• Track project progress to ensure it aligns with your estimates.
• Use your data to suggest ways to reduce costs.
• Report issues to management, such as if material costs increase during a project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,930.06 - $69,765.23 per year
