Director of Wellness - Assisted Living
JOB PURPOSE: Organizes and directs nursing care staff by establishing objectives and standards as well as the organizational structure for achieving those objectives. Ensures that all nursing care meets all local, state, and federal agency regulations as well as facility standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
RN/LPN License required. BSN preferred. Minimum 3-5 years supervision experience in medical field required. LTC and geriatric nursing care experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication and organizational skills required. Department of Elder Affairs standards preferred but not mandatory.
SUPERVISON OF OTHERS: Supervises care staff.
