Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations : Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the development of annual budgets and maintain cash flow forecasts to support business operations.
- Cost Management : Implement financial practices to control costs and improve profitability, focusing on job costing and project expenses.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare accurate financial reports and provide actionable insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with tax regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Leadership : Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
