Job Description
Allegis Group's Evolve Program is a transformation program from PeopleSoft TO Oracle Cloud / Fusion. The spread / commissions team is looking to add a resource to help with a newly formed project for calculating spread / commission.
Candidate must have relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation and Oracle Cloud implementation
Hands on experience on modelling and configuration of compensation plans, classification and credit rules in Oracle Incentive Compensation
Ability to analyze all transactional data, identify discrepancies and resolve disputes
Knowledge of OTBI or BIP Reporting capability would be preferred
Experience in implementing at least one Commissions project would be preferred
Design and create Compensation Plans based on Client's compensation structure
Integrate and Import data into the application (ICM)
Setup Payment options (plans and Group) and Targets (Goals)
Setting up complex classification rules, formulas, flexfields, Roles and Security
Understanding of Oracle Sales and Service Cloud Architecture
Understanding of Digital Customer Service is an advantage
Experience participating in AGILE, Waterfall scrum sessions
Understanding of relational database theory
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Implementing Security and management of roles, users and hierarchy
