Job Description:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for the consistent production of subassemblies & finished goods using a variety of hand & powered tools. This role follows detailed work instructions and works quickly against a defined schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble prosthetic components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
- Utilize hand and power tools to sand, cut, and polish to ensure precise fitting and alignment of prosthetic parts.
- Proficient in operating machinery, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Maintains and requests adequate supplies of fabrication materials and components.
- Ensure production areas are clean and organized.
- Adheres to training related to quality management.
- Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Maintains an honest and professional attitude as the company’s representative at all times.
- Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.
- Adhere to the Company’s safety rules

- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Vocational degree in a relevant field of education is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience
- Experience working within ProShop (MES) preferred.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
