What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guard/Custodian position at St. Anne Home?
Full Time Guard/ Custodian for 3rd shift (10:30p- 7a)

Responsibilities Include:
- Making rounds inside and outside the building
- Checks all safety gauges on heating equipment, steam boilers, and kettles and advises Maintenance Supervisor of irregularities
- Meets and opens doors for ambulance personnel, morticians and visitors as necessary
- Consults with the RN in charge regarding notification of the local police should unknown visitors appear to be attempting entry into the building or creating a disturbance or nuisance
- Clean various areas of the building
- During winter months, removes snow from walkways and spread ice melter
