What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA or BCaBA position at St. Augustine Center for Living?
We are looking for an experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Full time, on site.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree (BCBA) and/or Bachelor's degree (BCaBA).
- Experience in the field of Behavior Analysis working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or other developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Experience conducting resident assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans for residents, collecting, analyzing and graphing data, and amending behavior plans.
- The ability to communicate clearly with staff, interdisciplinary team members, the med pharm committee ( that includes a licensed psychiatrist), the residents themselves and their families/guardians.
- The ability to write clear, detailed reports and submit time sensitive materials.
- Experience in training and developing direct care staff including monthly in-services to ensure behavioral programming efficacy.
