What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Home Care Field Supervisor position at St. Benedict's Home Health?
- Directs and monitors the attendants on-going functions
- Promote, review, and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of client are practices.
- Explain program rules and EVV procedures to both client and attendant at time of admission
- Enforce compliance for EVV procedures and orientate small alternative device procedures upon installation in client’s home.
- Maintain contact with attendants, clients, and family via telephone or in person
- Review client’s care through ongoing communication with staff and coordination with other agencies.
- Ensure that there is appropriate staffing to meet client’s need.
- Document client related information from phone calls received from client/family/physicians
- Received and act to resolve complaints made by client/family regarding care provided by the agency
- Receive and act to resolve complaints from attendants regarding policy and procedures
- Hire and orientate all new attendants
- Participate in assigning personnel to clients based on client’s needs and Individualized Service Plan
