The Public Health program at St. Catherine University is distinguished by its unique internship
opportunities, diverse student body, and emphasis on women’s global health issues. St. Catherine’s
public health bachelor’s degree program is the first undergraduate program in Minnesota to receive accreditation from The Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The purpose of this position is to teach and advise undergraduate public health students, provide service to the department, university, and profession, and engage in scholarship and scholarly work. This position also has the opportunity to teach at the graduate level.
Responsibilities include :
- Communicate frequently with the department leaders and / or coordinators for updates or changing course information.
- Support departmental advising of undergraduate students and contribute to departmental service
- Communicate respectfully and build relationships of trust with people of all cultures and abilities, affirming the worth and preserving the dignity of individuals, families, and communities.
