Residential Respite Supervisor-- 1st shift and 2nd shift positions available!
Full Time
1st shift- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday- Friday
1st shift- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday- Friday
2nd shift- 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday
On call every other weekend
Base pay starting at 18.50/hr and increases with experience-- plus significant shift differential pay.
General Statement of Duties:
The respite supervisor works under the direction of Alice’s House Manager and is responsible for providing a supportive, home-like environment for the individuals we serve by the mission and values of St. Joseph Home. Primary focus on resident’s active treatment, goals, and other programming. The respite Supervisor will provide training on implementing Respite guest programs and support and guidance to DSPs, Leads, and others as applicable. This position is responsible for helping oversee the Respite program. The Respite Supervisor collaborates with the Respite Manager on specific tasks such as orientation, training, evaluations, and staff scheduling. The Respite Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the completion of all DSP duties, performing DSP work, delegating work if appropriate, and ensuring work is being completed as required

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Successfully complete and pass knowledge assessment and skills demonstration.

At least one year of leadership experience in a

Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a Developmental Disability field required
Licenses/Credentials/Certifications
Current CPR and First Aid Certifications required.
Current annual provider training.
Current delegated nursing
Current driver’s license with fewer than 6 points, vehicle liability insurance and willingness to drive company vehicles required
