Your Role as an STNA :
As an STNA at St. Leonard, you’ll be at the heart of our caregiving team, providing essential care to residents. You will assist with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and hygiene while helping them maintain and enhance their independence. Your role will make a direct, positive impact on the lives of our residents every day.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety
Assist with daily activities of living to help residents maintain independence
Support the nursing team in providing high-quality care in accordance with individualized care plans
Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for residents
What We’re Looking For :
MUST HAVE current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license in Ohio
Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required
Passion for providing exceptional care and support to residents
