What You Will Do
- Support and consult the employee, family, and employer throughout the participant’s career.
- Manage a caseload of up to 25 individuals, providing one-on-one support to increase the individual's overall success in maintaining employment in an area of their choice.
- Prepare and submit documentation and paperwork according to established timeframes and guidelines.
- Foster relationships and manage clear, ongoing communication with all parties, including participants and families, internal teams, and funders.
- Build a professional network and beneficial contacts across the business community.

- STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE

The flexible, respectful individual we see is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience—preferably supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Some college education; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Solid time-management, communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills—to ensure the provision of safe, high-quality support.
- Familiarity with word processing software, database products, email, and smartphones.
- Ability to obtain CPR/first aid certification—provided by St. Louis Arc at no cost.
