Role Overview

As the Director of Healthcare Technology Management, you will be responsible for the oversight and operational management of biomedical equipment and services. Collaborating with regional leaders, you will implement strategies to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and enhance client satisfaction. Your leadership will directly contribute to better patient outcomes and the overall success of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies to deliver top-quality biomedical equipment support and services.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate on strategies related to medical equipment installation, cybersecurity, and technical support.
  • Drive process improvements and integrate new technologies to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.


Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience managing biomedical services in large healthcare settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
  • Strong business acumen, particularly in budgeting and strategic decision-making.
  • Executive-level experience, including interactions with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent effectively.


Position Summary

This role entails full operational and fiscal responsibility for the assigned account. As a leader, you will ensure alignment with the organizations mission, vision, and goals while maintaining the highest standards of performance and compliance.

Key Duties Include

  • Oversight of clinical staff, program management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing capital planning and project execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships.
  • Managing purchasing and subcontracting activities.

  • Driving organic growth and innovative solutions.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
  • Skills: Leadership in healthcare technology management, regulatory compliance expertise, and executive-level communication skills.
