Position Overview :
Complete Hearing & Balance is seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their growing team. Due to increased patient demand, this new hire will provide exceptional care to patients, focusing on assessing, fitting, and fine-tuning hearing devices.
The specialist will play a key role in supporting the clinic’s growth and delivering high-quality patient care. This role offers a balanced schedule with a four-day workweek in a dynamic environment centered on patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices.
- Provide ongoing patient support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance.
- Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed.
- Travel to different practice locations as needed.
- Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere strictly to hearing healthcare best practices.
