Vice President of Administration
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Administration. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing all administrative functions within a growing full-service repair shop. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be pivotal in shaping the administrative infrastructure to drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative work environment that aligns with our company’s long-term vision.
As a key member of the executive team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing policies, procedures, and strategies that support the overall success and growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of efficient administrative policies and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and accounting practices, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Foster collaboration across departments such as HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities to drive cohesive and productive workflows.
- Work alongside senior leadership to develop and execute company-wide strategic initiatives, supporting the company’s growth and operational objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading necessary changes to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, protecting the company’s reputation and minimizing risk.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing administrative team, fostering a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison, facilitating communication between departments to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and initiatives.
- Oversee the development and management of the annual administrative budget, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of leadership in administrative roles, with a deep understanding of operational excellence.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and experience optimizing processes for maximum efficiency (preferred).
- Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives, and drive organizational success.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
